Basic Liquor Law Training

Upon successful completion of this course, participants who sale, serve or deal in beer, wine and spirits through this education will be more able to understand the general law regarding:

• Spirituous liquor
• Licensed premise
• Age
• Intoxication
• Second-party sales of spirituous liquor
• Employee consumption of spirituous liquor
• Legal hours of sale and payment for spirituous liquor at retail locations
• Disorderly conduct and acts of violence
• Management of problem situations

This course is designed for Bartenders, Servers or anyone selling and serving liquor.

For Agents, Licensees, Management and/or Owners, this course or proof of current training in this course is required prior to taking Management Liquor Law.

Upon successful completion of a short quiz you will receive a "Certificate of Completion" which qualifies as proof of training for the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses & Control.

Certificants are required to recertify every three (3) years to maintain certified status.

This course is 3 hours.  Training is provided at your location and is available Saturday through Tuesday. Please call High Country Training at  (928) 421-3738 to schedule training and/or to request a quote.
